The market is still moving because of low inventory and low rates but safety is number one at this time in Loudoun County.  The biggest changes that we are seeing are all things going VIRTUAL. Here are some of the examples of how this is happening:
Virtual Buyer Consults:  We can easily speak to you over the phone to assess your wants and needs and get you set up in a search.  This is a great time to browse online in the comfort of your own home.
Home Search Results: You will receive a personalized search into your inbox at home that match the criteria that we spoke about. Knowledge is power and your customized search will allow you to see the interiors and exteriors of the homes that you are interested in.
Virtual Tours:  The beauty of technology is that it allows you to get a full tour of the homes that you are interested in.  If you love a home we are happy to provide you with a private virtual tour of the home so that you do not have to go to the property. We are here for you at this time.
Electronic Signatures:  We can do everything through Dotloop which is an electronic signature tool to take care of any paperwork that we may need to get the job complete.
Inspections: We work with inspectors who are completing their inspections via virtual contact with you.  They can show you systems, take pictures for you, send you their recommendations and we will send you a full home inspection report.  Appraisers, surveyors, and pest inspectors can also do their job without you showing up at the property.
The Settlement:  Our title company will bring the closing to you or we can set up a virtual notary and get the closing done in a way that makes you feel the most comfortable.
